As a servant leader and incredible facilitator, Superintendent, Dr. Stephen Brian Towns Sr., is the Pastor and Founder of Real Life Ministries, Church of God In Christ. He has served in ministry for over twenty years, touching countless lives across the nation. His transformational storytelling resonates with his listeners, whether imprisoned behind bars or leaders behind boardroom tables.
Dr. Towns graduated in May of 2019 from Regent University’s Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) program with a concentration in Healthcare Leadership. Accordingly, Towns serves as the Director of Community Health and Human Services for his Jurisdiction. Upon completing his doctoral coursework, and a groundbreaking final project on “The Importance of Psychological Safety in Today’s Multicultural Healthcare Environment,” compiling a 3.78 GPA. From 2009-2013, Dr. Towns earned two Masters Degrees (a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Christian Education) from the legendary and highly acclaimed, Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University.

Lady Kimberly Towns is the dynamic and gracious, Elect Lady of Real Life Ministries COGIC. She compassionately works in ministry while sharing Agape love for God’s people. As the shepherd mother, Lady Towns nurtures and lovingly motivates men and women to embrace their divine purpose and operate in their full potential.
Lady Towns has a heart for empowering women evidenced by being the recipient of the 2017 Women Empowering Women – Sisters Rocking The Community Award. Leading the women of Real Life, she orchestrates various outreach efforts, such as health fairs, financial workshops, empowerment conferences, and the annual “I Am My Sister’s Keeper” Domestic Violence Walkathon.
